Reservation

Reservation is mandatory! You could book a jump for you, a group or another person her: http://booking.bungee.it/en until 3 days before the date choosen (if you have a voucher or you want pay by bank swift) or until 8:00 am of the day choosen.

VIDEO SHOOTING:  you could buy them during the reservation or at our reception, the day of the jump.

Payment methods

After your reservation on our form, you will get an email with the date and check-in time for your jump, information, receipt of payment and a registration form you must print, complete and present to the Reception on your jump date.

Advanced payment of the total amount by:

  • Credit Card
  • Credit Card by Paypal
  • Paypal Account
  • Bank Swift Banca Sella (IT 24I 0326822 3090 53869649870 BIC code SELBIT2BXXX beneficiary: Diagoline srl; we remind you that, for this kind of payment, you have to pay both (sender and receiver) bank expenses (please send us a payment copy by email booking@bungee.it
  • gift voucher (flag the option “gift voucher” and write the voucher code), 3 days before the date.

Weather

    1. RAIN or SHINE! We are open in all weather conditions!
    2. In case of particularly adverse weather phenomena, the Authorities may forcibly close our Bungee Center. Bungee.it will undertake to notify it to our jumpers to reschedule the jump on other date.

Cancellations

    1. If you cancel your reservation after 12,00 a.m. of Thursday before the date of your jump or if you don’t come at the Reception or if you decide not to jump the day reserved, also for cases due to problems of health, traffic or personal reasons, the total amount paid will be lost.
    2. If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the date of your jump, we’ll refund a 50% of total amount paid.
    3. If you cancel your reservation up 15 days before the the date of your jump, we’ll refund a 30% of total amount paid.
    4. If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before the the date of your jump, we’ll refund the total amount paid, net of administrative expenses.

Refunds

  1. Handling charges necessary for the repayment will be deducted from the amount to repay. We will keep € 10 for each refund.

Change your date for jump

  1. You can change your date for jump until 15 days before the date reserved, otherwise we’ll apply the rules of cancellations.
  2. It is always possible to make a name change for a booked jump, even on the same day at the Reception.
  3. Changing the time or date booked does not entitle you to any change in the paid rate.

Cancellation date of opening

  1. Calendar could change. Bungee.it will communicate the changes and will offer a new date for jump.
  2. If due to force majeure Bungee.it is not in a position to carry out the activity, Bungee.it will offer a new date for jump but you are free to ask the refund of entire amount (except for services already provided).

Requirements

  1. Bungee Jumping is not recommended in case of: obesity, epilepsy, heart and joint disorders, dizziness, diabetes, drug intake, alcohol or substances (including prescription drugs) which may modify my psycho-physical state or being pregnant.
  2. Min. weight limit is 45 kg. Max. weight limits is 120 kg.

NB. The same conditions mentioned above will also apply to the Covid-19, State, Regional, Local restrictions in force at that time.

Terms and Sales Condition of Vouchers

Refunds and trasferibility 

    1. As of April 5, 2021 Bungee.it vouchers will be always valid until October 30th of seasonafter the date of purchase (For example: a voucher purchased on June 1, 2021 will expires on October 30, 2022. A voucher purchased on November 5, 2021 will expires on October 30, 2023. 
    2. The vouchers are not nominative and you can freely give them away or resell
    3. Vouchers purchased are NOT refundable (pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph no., Consumer Code).
    4. It is possible extend the expiration date voucher for one year, with a contribution of 10€, by purchasing a “renewal voucher” and indicating the voucher code to be renewed.
